TIVAR ® It is the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene profile product of Mitsubishi Chemical high tech materials. This series includes pure grade, part reprocessing, colored and modified special ultra high molecular weight polyethylene profile products. The production process is mainly molding or extrusion molding.
Mitsubishi Chemical high tech materials takes TIVAR 1000 standard ultra high molecular weight polyethylene as the matrix. After modification and innovation, it has developed into a special material, namely tivar special ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. Its sliding performance, wear resistance, antistatic performance, release performance and other characteristics have been improved, which continuously meets the special application needs of the market.
TIVAR® 1000
TIVAR 1000 sets the standard for engineered polymers with a unique combination of wear and corrosion resistance, low friction surface and impact strength.
TIVAR 1000 is resistant to chemical attack and moisture absorption, and retains key physical properties to -200°C.
TIVAR® 1000 ANTISTATIC
TIVAR ® 1000 antistatic is an antistatic UHMWPE product, which contains carbon black and has electrostatic dissipation property. The antistatic property makes TIVAR® 1000 antistatic components maintain the key properties of UHMWPE at high speed.
TIVAR® 1000 antistatic（sheet）is a"FOOD GRADE"UHMWPE product.
TIVAR® ECO
TIVAR® ECO UHMW-PE [Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene] shapes are produced from reprocessed industrial UHMW-PE materials and are repurposed for use in a variety of industries such as construction and heavy equipment, agriculture, grain handling, parcel handling and transportation.
PE 500
Compared with TIVAR® Standard UHMWPE, in the moderate application environment, PE 500 has good wear resistance and impact resistance, which is a more economical choice. PE 500 is a multifunctional polyethylene product, which is mainly used in food industry (fish processing), but also used in machinery, chemical industry, electronics and other industries.
PE 500 natural color and PE 500 blue 7020 (sheet) are "FOOD GRADE" HDPE products of Mitsubishi Chemical advanced materials.
