TIVAR ® It is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) profile, which is divided into pure material grade, partial reprocessing, non-ferrous and modified grades. It is produced by molding or extrusion molding process.

TIVAR special ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene takes tivar 1000 (standard ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) as the matrix. Through innovative formula and process, the sliding, wear resistance, antistatic and release properties have been improved, which can more meet the special applications in the market.

Relative to tivar when application requirements are moderate ® 1000 (standard ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), PE 500 has good wear resistance and impact resistance, which is a more economical choice.

PE 500 is a multifunctional polyethylene product, which is mainly used in food industry (fish processing), machinery, chemical industry, electronics and other industries.
